HOW TO SEND ORAL PRESENTATION and POSTER ABSTRACTS
All abstracts shall be received via the web-site of the Congress (http://jointmeeting2011bursa.org)
The deadline of submission is February 28, 2011.
Top 3 oral and poster presentations shall be rewarded.
Rules to submit abstracts:
1. Title should be written in capital letters. First-Last Names of the research, the venue of the research and the city should be indicated.
2. Name (s) and organizations of the authors should be fully written without using any professional title. No abbreviations are allowed in the title of the papers. The name of the organizations should be typed in capital letters.
3. It is mandatory to indicate the type of the paper and its presentation and the presenter. The way of presentation is subject to a change by the scientific board.
4. The abstracts should state briefly the purpose of the research, the principal results and major conclusions, and should not exceed 300 words.
5. Since all announcements shall be made by e-mail, please enter a valid e-mail account to the online system that you use all the time.
6. Accepted proceedings shall be published without any modification or editing. The full responsibility belongs to the author.
7. You should approve the abstracts, registered into the system. The unapproved ones shall not be submitted to the scientific secretariat and not evaluated.
8. In order for the papers to be accepted, the author should be registered to the congress.
